A Cloud in Our Heart

A farewell is necessary before you can meet again.
Meeting again, after a moment of lifetime is certain

Elder and Sister Pierce are the first missionaries to ever have a star by every city in the mission. They truly did serve missionaries in every city in the Daejeon Mission.
We will miss Sister Pierce's friendly "Hello" when calling the mission office, or Elder Pierce saying, "Yes, that "IS "refundable."

Welcome to Daejeon

Due to changes in airlines, our missionaries now arrive late at night. We greeted them about 10:30 pm, then boarded buses for the 3 hours drive to Daejeon. They were up the next morning at 6:00 am and looking great. Elder Ward, Elder Allred, Elder Williams, Elder Hardcastle Sister Bush, Sister Uyanga, Sister Min

Hello, My friend, Hello

Wonderful missionaries with Incredible Trainers
The moment that trainers are introduced to their new companion is very sweet. Both are excited to teach and learn. Both feel appreciation and love for the other.

Saying Goodbye

What you do for yourself leaves with you
But what you did for those in Korea remains forever in their hearts
THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE

Sisters Conference

We had a wonderful day together at Sisters Conference. Our sisters can often go for months without seeing old companions and MTC friends.
Sister Pierce had an awesome picture collage for us to do.
She finished the morning with a workshop on
"laughter"
by sharing fun stories from our sisters.

MISSION TOUR

Our mission had the privilege of having Elder Choi and his wife Sister Koo visit us. We were grateful to be taught by one of our General Authorities and his dear wife. West Gwangju Zone
East Gwangju Zone
Jeonju Zone In one of Elder Choi's talks he said:
"The Lord never takes your time for free...he always pays.
His timetable for payment may change, but payment will be made."
We appreciate the time our wonderful missionaries are giving to the Lord, and know they will be paid not only here in the mission field but through out their lives.
