THE CUP STACKER WINNER

Sister O'Bryan These missionaries try to move the colored cup from the bottom to the top of the stack, then.... cup by cup try to get it to the bottom again.

It takes alot of air to accomplish the next challenge.

Blow up the balloon,

then using the air inside the balloon

push a stack of cups down and off the table.

MINUTE TO WIN IT

Our missionaries took on challenges with a minute or less to

accomplish each task.

Here our Elders are trying to put as many noodles as possible in

a cup in just one minute.

Our missionaries clear customs at about 10:30 p.m., then it is out to the curb, onto the bus, and head for Daejeon. We arrive at the mission home about 1:30 a.m., but their spirits are high.

The next day includes a traditional Korean meal

Time in the office and ....find out who their new companion will be.

Ready to "Plant A Tree"

The transfer board lets our new missionaries see who will be their companion. Then.....they meet. The true meaning of life is to plant a tree Under whose shade you do not expect to sit. These incredible missionaries are prepared to give that type of service here in the Korea Daejeon Mission.

A Cloud in Our Heart

Dinner with American cuisine only Each missionary receives a certificate with a star next to the towns theyhave served in and their companions throughout their mission.

Elder and Sister Pierce are the first missionaries to ever have a star by every city in the mission. They truly did serve missionaries in every city in the Daejeon Mission.

We will miss Sister Pierce's friendly "Hello" when calling the mission office, or Elder Pierce saying, "Yes, that "IS "refundable."
